The first dose of the Covid vaccine will be given to the leading fighters of the Covid defense, including doctors and health workers. The Union Ministry of Health has compiled a list of 30 million people in the country to be vaccinated with the first phase of the Covid vaccine.
At the same time, the Prime Minister had made it clear that steps were being taken to make the vaccine available to all citizens. The priority list includes health workers, including doctors, the Central and State Police, the Home Guard, the Armed Forces, municipal workers, Asha workers, cleaners, and drivers. The Ministry of Health said that the vaccine will be available from January to July. A plan has been drawn up for the collection, storage, and distribution of the vaccine. The design for the first phase of vaccination has been prepared as per the recommendations of the expert committee constituted for this purpose.
