Criticism against Mayor Arya Rajendran in CPM district secretariat

Thiruvananthapuram: Criticism against Mayor Arya Rajendran in CPM district secretariat. Arya’s behavior has been criticized for reducing party votes in the district. There was also criticism that the party will have to pay a heavy price in the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation elections if it goes like this.

The CPM meeting also examined the growth achieved by the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections. It was checked that the vote share increased in Thiruvananthapuram and Attingal constituencies. The meeting assessed that the BJP cannot move forward without stopping its growth. The district committee is meeting on Saturday.

Many decisions of the past could not be effectively implemented. The independent power of the party could not be increased. The leaders said in the meeting that deep corrective measures are needed.

The Politcal Bureau report presented to the Central Committee points out that the party’s performance in Kerala is disappointing. The central committee rejected the state committee’s election review. Some leaders also opined that being part of the CPIM-India alliance at the national level has created an impression in Kerala that it is with the Congress. But this assessment was opposed by national leaders.
