Kochi: The High Court has temporarily stayed the trial in the case of the murder of Dr. Vandanadas at the taluk hospital in Kottarakkara. The High Court restrained the reading of the charge sheet in the trial court.
The High Court directed the Crime Branch to produce the case diary. The High Court action followed Sandeep’s appeal to be excluded from the list of accused.
The trial court rejected the release petition of accused Sandeep the other day. The defendant approached the High Court questioning this.
