New Delhi: The Indian team that won the Twenty20 World Cup has returned home. Fans have prepared a grand welcome for the stars who arrived at the Delhi airport from Barbados. The Indian cricket team, which was stranded in Barbados due to the cyclone, arrived home in a special BCCI flight.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Draupadi Murm will receive the team. Apart from Delhi, there will also be elaborate celebrations in Mumbai. The Indian team will travel with the cup in an open vehicle from Marine Drive. After traveling a distance of more than a kilometer, victory celebrations will be held at the Wankhede Stadium.
