Dr. Vandana Das murder case accused Sandeep’s release plea rejected. The proceedings are of Kollam Additional Sessions Court. The defendant wanted to be excluded from the case. The respondent said that it will file a revision petition in the High Court against the action of the Sessions Court.
Vandana Das was killed during house surgery at Kottarakkara Taluk Hospital on May 10. Dr. Vandana, a student of Azizia Medical College, Kollam, was killed while working as a house surgeon at the Kottarakkara Taluk Hospital.
The suspect was brought to the hospital by the police for treatment and stabbed the doctor to death. The accused Sandeep, who was a teacher at Kollam Nedumbana UP School, was dismissed from his job based on the internal investigation report.
