Khammam: A four-year-old girl died after a pen stuck in her ear. The incident took place at Bhadrachalam in Telangana’s Bhadradri Kothagudem district. Four-year-old Ryanshika of Subhash Nagar in Bhadrachalam town died. The child died while undergoing treatment.
While playing at home, Ryanshika fell down and the pen she was holding pierced her ear. The parents rushed the baby to a private hospital in Khammam after bleeding profusely.
The doctors there operated and removed the pen that had penetrated it. But the cause of the baby’s death was a brain infection after the surgery.
