Locals have caught an Andhra native and his friend who tried to kidnap a seven-month-old baby girl in the capital. Eshwarappa, a native of Andhra Pradesh, tried to kidnap the child. The incident took place at 8.45 am on Friday at Vitura Thotumuk.
They tried to abduct Shanin’s baby, a resident of Thotumuk. Shaan, his wife and two children were in the house. Shanin’s wife was feeding the elder child.
