Aluva: Another state employee was arrested by the police in Marampilly Tiruvairanikulam with one and a half kilos of ganja. Sahin Mandal (23), a native of Murshidabad, West Bengal, was arrested by a special investigation team led by Perumbavoor ASP and Caladi police.
