Defamation case against Mayor and MLA; KSRTC driver Yadu to approach High Court

Thiruvananthapuram: The driver Yadu has gone to the High Court in the incident where Mayor Arya Rajendran’s car was blocked by a KSRTC bus and caused a traffic jam. Yadu’s decision is to file a case against the mayor and MLA for not filing a case and for defamation. The KSRTC MD who is investigating against Yadu will give a report to the minister today.

However, the Cantonment police have not yet registered a case on the complaint filed by the driver Yadu. The police said that they will not file a case against the mayor and the MLA.
