Thiruvananthapuram: An Instagram influencer plus two student took her own life after a widespread cyber attack. Aditya, a resident of Trikannapuram Njalikonam, a Plus Two student of Cotton Hill School, committed suicide. She was in love with a young man from Nedumangad whom she met through Instagram.
The police said that the suicide was due to a cyber attack. Aditya attempted suicide last Monday. He was undergoing treatment at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College. Then he died yesterday.
Had many followers on Instagram. The girl was close to a native of Nedumangad. This relationship had ended some time ago. After this ended, there was a widespread cyber attack against the girl. Poojapura police registered a case and started investigation.
