Conflict in Koyaladi College;Suspension of SFI Workers

Kozhikode: Four SFI workers have been suspended in connection with the conflict in Koyalandy Gurudeva College. Second year BBA student Teju Sunil, third year BBA student Teju Lakshmi, second year BCom student Amalraj and third year psychology student Abhishek Santhosh were suspended by the principal.

The suspension is for students who were working as part of SFI’s help desk on the day of the clash. There was a dispute over setting up a help desk in the college in connection with first year undergraduate admissions and the SFI activists slapped and beat up the principal. The CCTV footage has also been released. Disciplinary action was taken against the students.

SFI had threatened Principal Sunil Bhaskar the other day. The threat was that the teacher will not enter the college with two feet and SFI has the ability to do what it says.
