CPM Welcomes Kappa Case Accused into Party

CPM accepts Kappa case accused in Pathanamthitta. Sharan Chandran, accused in several criminal cases, has been garlanded by the party. The Malayalapuzha police had issued a warning to Sharan Chandran under the Kappa Act. But even after this the crimes continued. Saran, accused in many other criminal cases, was released from jail on 23rd of last month. Yesterday, Saran also participated in the program where 60 people were added to the party.

The program which was held yesterday evening was inaugurated by Health Minister Veena George. Saran was accepted into the CPM by the CPM’s Pathanamthitta district secretary KP Udayabhanu. The District Secretary himself had shared the pictures on social media of a group of young generation of Pathanamthitta accepting Saran by garlanding him with the caption that henceforth they will work as part of CPM on the side of humanity.
