Jazeera Airways has flown 50 employees of Kuwait Drilling Company, a subsidiary of KOC, to Kuwait. The non-return of foreign employees who had gone on leave adversely affected the functioning of the office.
As a result, chartered flights from Kuwait to many countries, including India, have been banned. The Cabinet sub-committee directed the government departments to submit an application to the COVID Emergency Committee along with the names and posts of foreign workers who need to return to these flights immediately. The Cabinet Sub-Committee will review the list and issue travel permits.
