Actor Jayasuriya is not inclined towards any political party. Jayasurya said that he is not interested in talking about this while going to the channel discussion. Earlier, Jayasuriya had faced cyber attacks after raising the issue of farmers in the state by putting ministers on stage.
“I am not interested in going to the channel discussion and talking. This is because it is such a venue. Jayasuriya is not affiliated with any political party. Be it Congress, be it Communist, be it BJP, be it with anyone. Because I am an artist’, said Jayasuriya.
Actor Krishna Prasad, who participated in the program, also said that his and Jayasurya’s involvement in social responsibility has led to some controversies. The farming community is always indebted to Jayasuriya for his intervention on behalf of the farmers. Krishnaprasad said that he was appreciative that a gentleman like Jayasurya was able to save nearly 30,000 farmers from danger.
Earlier, Jayasuriya had faced widespread criticism and cyber attacks for raising issues faced by farmers by taking on Agriculture Minister P Prasad and Industries Minister P Rajiv.
