Nayanthara and Vignesh performed darshan of Kanyakumari Bhagavathy without interrupting the routine on the occasion of Vaikashi festival. After the release of “Mookuthi Amman”, Nayanthara used to visit her mother every year on the festival day of Kanyakumari Bhagavathyamman temple. The shooting of this movie was in the surrounding areas of Kanyakumari.
As usual, on the day before Vaikashi festival (May 13), Nayanthara visited Bhagavathiyamman Temple along with her husband and visited Swamithope Ayyavahi Temple, Sushindram Thanumalayaswamy Temple and Nagaraja Temple in Nagercoil.
Many devotees were waiting outside these temples to see both of them. After visiting these places, they took selfies with the devotees gathered there.
