Prayers in open churches are returning to normal as part of the removal of Kovid restrictions. The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has extended the waiting time between prayers and prayers in the mosque to 20 minutes. It will be effective from Wednesday morning prayers. Believers can now reach the mosque in 20 minutes for the Subh prayer and the Asr prayer. You can wait for 20 minutes for prayers in the mosque between the bank call and the iqamah. Currently, churches do not open as soon as the bank is called. Churches open just before prayers. From today, the situation will change and after the call to the bank, the mosques will be opened 20 minutes before the prayers. All churches in the country were closed by the end of March, which was confirmed by COVID. However, the churches were gradually reopened as part of the deregulation. In the first phase, only a few churches were opened. At first, there was no Friday prayer. However, later all the mosques were reopened for all prayers. All churches are open from September 1 as part of the final phase of deregulation.

Churches’ toilets and sanitation facilities remain closed. Those who come to pray should take care of the prayer mat. Those who need it should also take care of the Qur’an.
