Tel Aviv: Iran seized Israeli billionaire’s ship. The ship, which was going to Dubai, was seized by the Iranian forces in the Strait of Hormuz. There are Indians including two Malayalis on the ship.
It is reported that Palakkad and Kozhikode natives are in the ship. The ship is owned by a British company. The relatives informed that they could not be contacted. The company confirmed there were 25 people on board. The MSC shipping company also said that intervention has started to bring back the crew and the ship.The vessel is owned by London-based Zodiac Maritime. Zodiac Maritime is part of Israeli billionaire Eyal Ofer’s Zodiac Group. But Zodiac Group is yet to respond to the news.
