The BBC says it will make an announcement next week. British Health Secretary Matt Hancock said he was ready to face any situation. Matt Hancock said the situation was “extremely serious.”

Italy had the second-highest number of COVID cases after China, followed by Spain. The UK was also at the forefront of COVID cases and deaths. This was followed by an increase in cases and deaths in the US and Brazil. India later joined the list.
