Chennai: AIADMK leader has apologized for the abusive remark against South Indian actress Trisha. Former AIADMK leader AV Raju apologized saying what he said was misinterpreted. Apologized by sharing the video on social media.
Raju made abusive remarks against the actress while talking about the incidents during her 2017 AIADMK contest for power. The abusive remark was that the actress was brought to the resort as requested by Salem West MLA G Venkatachalam.
It was not a deliberate reference to Trisha. Apologies to director Cheran and actor Karunas. The AIADMK leader said that he is sorry if his sentiments were hurt.
