US President Joe Biden and his predecessor, Donald Trump, won the nominations for the presidential election later this year on Wednesday, setting up a rematch between the rivals after four years.
Both Biden and Trump topped the thresholds needed to become their parties’ nominees in the November elections in the states of Mississippi, Washington and Georgia.
