Facebook has allowed employees to work from home until July 2021 in the event of a severe outbreak of the corona virus. Facebook officials said they would pay an additional $ 1,000 to set up home office facilities.
“It simply came to our notice then that our decision was based on the guidance of government and health experts. We allow employees to continue working from home until July 2021, ”a Facebook spokesman said.
The US-based Alphabet also said that until June 2021, employees will be able to work from home. Twitter believes employees can work from home for as long as they want.
Facebook, meanwhile, said it would open offices with fewer employees as the virus spreads. Facebook said it would open the offices as per government instructions.
