Pathanamthitta: Mysterious incident in which two people died after a container lorry and a car collided in Adoor. It is suspected that the car hit the lorry at excessive speed. The police concluded that it was suicide. The deceased have been identified as Anuja (36), a native of Nooranad and Hashim Mansilil Hashim (35) of Charummudu Palamel, a teacher of Thumbamon North GHSS.
A container lorry and a car collided with each other at Ezhamkulam Pattazimuk around 11.30 last night. Anuja, who was returning from an excursion from Thiruvananthapuram along with her fellow teachers, was stopped and taken by Hashim. The fellow teachers say that there were no other abnormalities when they were picked up. The police have decided to conduct a detailed investigation after checking the CCTV footage of the incident.
