The case will be heard again on May 3. The CBI counsel asked that all aspects of the case have already been examined and if new evidence is received by the family, it should be submitted in a sealed cover. The CBI lawyer also stated that they are ready for further investigation if evidence is presented.
In the petition, Jesna’s father demanded that the CBI report be rejected, which did not even specify whether Jesna was alive or dead. Jesna’s father complained that the CBI did not investigate these matters in detail.
Based on this, the CBI informed the court that it is ready to investigate if new allegations are submitted in connection with Jesna’s disappearance. The court then directed Jesna’s father to provide evidence on the charges and adjourned the case to the third of next month. Earlier, the CBI had informed the court that they had investigated all the details regarding Jesna’s disappearance.
