Thiruvananthapuram: A worker who went to clean a ditch near the railway station has gone missing. Joy (42), a temporary employee of the municipal corporation who had gone to clean the Amayizhanchan canal, has gone missing. The fire force has reached the spot and is searching for him.
It is reported that Joey started to clean the canal as per the instructions of the railway officials. Cleaning work was going on in the stream since this morning when there was a lot of garbage including plastic. Four workers had come to the stream for cleaning.
