Thiruvananthapuram: The government has issued an order directing that departmental gatherings be avoided during duty hours in government offices. A ban has also been imposed on cultural programs.
The order specifies that office authorities should pay particular attention to this matter. It points out that cultural forums in offices, which disrupt office operations and are not in line with employee conduct rules or government guidelines, have come to the government’s attention.
