Kollam: Skull and bones suspected to be that of a man have been found. It was found from Meenmutty forest area near Kallada reservoir near Neduvannur jetty. The skull was found by people who went fishing in the reservoir. The police reached the spot and conducted a search.
Remains of clothing were also found near the skeleton. A decomposed cloth was found from the branch of a nearby tree. Therefore, the police said that there is a possibility that he may have died by hanging. Bones and other evidence were collected with the help of forensic officers.
The police said that the skeleton is months old. More information can be known only by conducting scientific tests. Efforts are being made to find the person by collecting the information of the recently missing persons in the area and nearby police station limits.
