Palakkad: In Kerala, which claims to be the first place in terms of development, the local residents carried the patient tied to a wire for treatment. After the vehicle did not arrive, the patient was tied to a wire and carried to the hospital for about two kilometers.
This predicament happened to 22-year-old Satheesan, son of Maruthan-Chelli couple. The incident took place in Attappadi Putur Panchayat, Palakkad. The vehicle did not reach the tribal village as the road was bad. After that, as there were no other ways, the local residents tied the young man to a wire and then took him to the Kottathara hospital in an ambulance.
He was feeling chest pain yesterday evening. Wildlife disturbance is rampant in the region. In the area where the wildebeest descends, Satheesan was brought to the hospital by the locals who tied him to a rope. Satheesan is sick from time to time.
