Kollam: The first prize of ₹12 crore in the Kerala State Lottery Department’s Pooja Bumper has been won by a resident of Karunagappally. The lucky winner is Dinesh Kumar from Karunagappally. The ticket, which brought fortune to Dinesh, was purchased from Jayakumar Lotteries in Kollam. Dinesh had bought ten tickets, and one of them won the bumper prize.
