Thiruvananthapuram: Rains eased slightly in the state. In the rain warning for the next five days, there is a yellow alert in only four districts. The possibility of heavy rain is predicted in isolated places.
Due to the possibility of heavy rain in Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod districts, yellow alert has been announced today. Central Meteorological Department has informed that only light rain is possible in all districts on Monday and Tuesday.
The Central Water Commission has withdrawn the orange alert on Karuvannur and Gayatri rivers in Thrissur district. A yellow alert has been issued in Karuvannur, Gayathri and Keecheri rivers as the water level remains dangerous. So people living on the coast should be careful.
