Preparations related to the Lok Sabha elections in the state have been completed. 41,976 policemen have been assigned for security at various places. Prohibitory orders have been announced in four districts due to security reasons. Prohibitory orders have been issued in Kasaragod, Thrissur and Pathanamthitta Thiruvananthapuram.
Heavy police security has been imposed in the state in connection with the Lok Sabha elections. 41976 officers from central forces and Tamilnadu police are on security duty. Prohibitory orders have been announced in four districts considering security reasons. Collectors have announced a prohibition order from 6 am to 6 pm on Saturday.
Election polling will start at 7 am tomorrow and will last till 6 pm. Now there is a silent campaign going on. In any case, it should be assumed that people see election as a festival.
