Kozhikode: Manaf has announced that he will provide assistance for the construction of a house for Eshwar Malpe. He described Malpe as an incredible individual who deserves support, stating that efforts will be made to quickly take up the medical treatment for his children. Manaf has recently established a charitable trust named “Manaf Charitable,” which will handle these efforts. After discussions with doctors, Manaf expressed confidence that the children can be given better care and treatment.
Manaf emphasized the need for collective effort to build a proper home for Malpe and create a safe living environment for his family. In addition to Malpe, there are a few other individuals in the rescue team whose conditions are also dire, and their needs will be addressed under the trust.
Referring to Eshwar Malpe as “Magic Malpe,” a nickname Manaf himself gave him, he praised Malpe’s extraordinary abilities. “For me, he’s always someone who performs magic,” Manaf said, adding that Malpe’s efforts, especially working underwater for long hours, are no small feat. Manaf shared stories of Malpe struggling without sleep, with red, swollen eyes, highlighting the challenges Malpe has faced.
