The ring of Arjun, a native of Kozhikode who went missing in a landslide in Shirur, has been found, otherwise the ring has been identified’; the family is responding that the voice message circulating saying that Arjun’s body has been found is fake. Arjun has been missing for 17 days. Karwar MLA Satishkrishna Sale had said that the search for Arjun will not be stopped. He told the media that they are trying to continue the search by bringing a dredger from Thrissur to remove the mud and soil. But now the authorities inform that the dredger will not be taken from Thrissur to Shirur.

The report points out that if the current in the river is more than four knots, it will be difficult to land the dredger.
