Kozhikode: Pantheerankavu domestic violence case that shocked the entire state, the woman gave an affidavit in the High Court that the case against her husband was false. The affidavit was given on 29th of last month.
The defense lawyer stated that the woman signed the affidavit in Thiruvananthapuram. The lawyer stated that he has presented the case in court and filed an application to quash the case.
Yesterday, the complainant released a video denying all the things said earlier. In the video, the woman stated that she feels guilty about what she told the police and the media and said all this as per the request of her family. However, Pantheerankavu police said that all the complaints related to the case have evidence and the charge sheet will be submitted to the court soon.
