New Delhi. A setback to the state government’s move to take control of Milma. No President’s assent to Dairy Cooperative Bill. The President rejected the bill to take Milma rule. Out of the seven bills sent by the Governor to the President, this is the fourth bill rejected by the President.

B. Administrators or committee representatives can vote in committee elections in regional dairy societies. In this manner, the CPM won the rule in the districts including Thiruvananthapuram.

With the President’s rejection of the bill, administrators would no longer be allowed to vote on dairies.
