Thiruvananthapuram: Rain will continue in the state today. A yellow alert has been issued in eight districts, including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Idukki, Thrissur, and Palakkad. The India Meteorological Department has also reported a chance of light rain in isolated areas in the districts of Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Palakkad, and Malappuram in the coming hours.
Today, Kerala is likely to experience isolated thunderstorms and rain, accompanied by strong winds reaching speeds of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour. The Meteorological Department also forecasts isolated thunderstorms and rain from tomorrow until the 5th.
