Following the Asianet program, certain individuals have demanded that Sindhu Sooryakumar and the Asianet editorial board express regret for allegedly insulting Hindu beliefs. However, even in my Facebook post, where I appealed to the workers not to mock Hindu faiths, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, who failed to acknowledge any regret, has been defended by his supporters.

Not only that, but as per Rajeev Chandrasekhar’s own statement, he responded only after receiving messages from people who felt hurt by the program. Despite this, he did not express even the slightest regret in his statement. Given that he is also a financial beneficiary of the program, Rajeev Chandrasekhar must publicly apologize and assure that such incidents will not be repeated in the future, Dr. Bhargava Ram stated.
