Swapna Suresh appeared in the court today in the case of obtaining a job in the space park by producing a fake certificate. The first class magistrate court considered the petition filed by Swapna Suresh that the case should be considered even though the court is on vacation today. Swapna appeared in a case registered by the cantonment police for allegedly providing fake graduation certificate for recruitment in the space park.
Swapna Suresh is the first accused in the case and Sachin Das, a native of Punjab, is the second accused. The court had earlier accepted the charge sheet filed by the police in the case. Meanwhile, the Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited (KSITIL) has written to the recruitment agency Price water Coopers demanding the refund of the salary paid to Sapna, who was appointed as a consultant in the space park, but the money has not been received. PWC’s position is that it cannot pay.
