SSLC and Second Year Higher Secondary exams begin today in the state. A total of 4,27,021 students are appearing for the SSLC exam this time. The SSLC exam will be held in the morning, while the Higher Secondary exam will take place in the afternoon.
The SSLC exam is being conducted across 2,980 centers today. In addition to Kerala, nine exam centers have been set up in Lakshadweep and seven in the Gulf region. This year, 682 students from the Gulf region and 447 students from the Lakshadweep region are appearing for the exam.
Malappuram education district has the highest number of students taking the exam, with 28,358 candidates, while Kuttanad education district has the lowest number, with only 1,893 students.
