Thiruvananthapuram: Union Minister and NDA candidate for Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha constituency Rajeev Chandrasekhar said that the reason for the delay in the construction of smart city is the incompetence of the state government.
His reaction was during a visit to the Thiruvananthapuram Vazhuthacaud road construction sites. He criticized that the people are suffering day by day and the project is dragging due to the incompetence of the state government.
He also blamed the construction of Thiruvananthapuram Smart City project as unsmart. Rajeev Chandrasekhar visited the construction site and spoke to the officials in charge of the construction of the smart city. He also criticized the Congress candidate in the constituency. Shashi Tharoor was accused of taking credit for the development achievements of the Modi government.LDF and UDF are silent on development. Rajeev Chandrasekhar accused them of CAA, beef and Manipur.
