Karma News is not against the arrival of an airport in Erumeli. The point here is the unreasonableness of the government buying its own land at a price. Believer’s Church currently owns 2263.13 acres of Cheruvalli estate, which is currently being planned for Sabarimala airport. This was a leased land for 99 years by Harrison Plantation. The estate was sold to Harvey Plantations for a few years before the lease expired. Raja Manikyam was then led by the IAS. Later in the High Court, when the case was filed, it was said that the government lost or lost. The transfer of the land did not destabilize the court. The court was directed to file and argue the case in the lower court. But the government did not comply. The state government is now planning to acquire 2263.13 acres of land with the help of the state government. The allegation is that the state cabinet has given its nod to a major corruption scam. The government says the price of land may be set in court. If this is tied up in court, the church will now file a lawsuit against the landlord until the next day. If the government loses in that case, the trade will go on. This is the drama behind all this.
At present, there are 2263 acres of land but it is about 2800 acres. The land is now being bought by the government to buy it back. Now let’s talk about another deception behind this. Sabarimala airport has not been given preliminary approval or agreement by the central government yet. Requires permission from the Central Forest Department. In addition, approval of the Union Civil Aviation Department is also required. It is in the absence of either of these that the state government goes into business. Currently, there is only one purpose. The land that Harrison Malayalam has conveyed for a mere Rs. 150 crores. The land will be worth more than 1000 crores. If the money is invested in the court, the landowners can buy the case and buy it. Once the land trade is done and the amount and the commission are shared, the airport will only be remembered. This is because there is currently no permit for such an airport in Sabarimala. Due to the tiger reserve and its surrounding forests and the Western Ghats, it is an impetus to obtain environmental clearance. It is very difficult to get permission from the aviation department because there are 2 airports within a 150 km radius and international airports. Behind this rush to take over space without permission, it is worth over Rs 1,000 crore.
Devotees are also fooled by the airport transaction by the name of Sabarimala and the name of Ayyappa. The corruption behind the government’s purchase of land for the government and the unnatural acquisition of land without permission is going to be another issue in the near future. Land trafficking, commissions, and eventually the airport will be in limbo. If the State Government is sincere, it is necessary to obtain the necessary permission first. The land belonging to the government should be filed in the lower court on the direction of the High Court.
