Haj Committee Chairman AP Abdullahkutty Urges Budget to Prioritize National Development

Indian Haj Committee Chairman AP Abdullahkutty said that the budget should focus on the overall growth of the country. Apart from this, the budget is not prepared by categorizing the categories separately. He also reminded that minority does not mean only Muslims. A budget was created for use by billions of people in India.

Since the central government came to power, many schemes have been put forward and implemented for the minority. NMDFC has provided financial assistance to more than 5 lakh people under Minority Development Finance Corporation. 2 lakhs to 20 lakhs has been given as assistance. He said that this is aimed at the growth of the minority.

He openly said that Hajj was haram in the past but today it has become halal. He said that now the government is ruling the center which does not discriminate against the minority in any way.
