New Delhi. Supreme Court does not stay CAA. The Supreme Court gave three weeks time to the central government to reply. The court has accepted the request of the central government in the matter.

The Center has argued that no one’s citizenship will be revoked and the petitions are precedential. The petitions will be heard again on April 9. The court also stated that the central government has the right to ask for time.
