New Delhi – MP Swati Maliwal gave a statement against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Baibhav Kumar.

Swati reached Kejriwal’s residence around 9 am on Monday. Baibhav Kumar was sitting in the living room waiting for Kejriwal. According to the statement, he grabbed Swati by the shirt she was wearing, curled her hair and slammed her on the table. He dragged himself through the living room. Swati was told to Baibhav that she was in excruciating pain as it was the day of her period and that she should not beat him. But Baibhav continued to beat him.
Swati stated in her statement that the other employees who were there came and saved her. Swati also gave a secret statement before the magistrate. Baibhav Kumar is now in Punjab. It is reported that he may approach the Delhi High Court seeking anticipatory bail. The National Commission for Women has asked Baibhav Kumar to appear in person tomorrow.
