The footage of the NDRF team heroically rescuing an infant in the disaster area has gone viral on social media

Wayanad: In the face of disaster, the Indian Army, who rush to the call of the Malayalees, are always like our gods. Now there is no change in this situation in Wayanad too. The footage of the NDRF team doing rescue work in the disaster area has gone viral on social media.

NDRF’s rescue mission was with the army. The officer reached the other side by hanging on the rope and putting the toddler in a baby basket. Later, the baby was handed over to health workers. People of Kerala are saluting NDRF officer Chandrasingh Dhanu who risked his life to save the child.

In a similar manner, a fully pregnant woman was airlifted and rescued by the Navy during the 2018 floods. Meanwhile, the construction of a temporary bridge has been completed at Churalmala in Wayanad district which was hit by a landslide. The bridge was jointly constructed by the Army and the Kerala Fire Force. The construction of the bridge has been completed by Ministers A.K. Saseendran and P.A. Muhammad Riaz also informed through social media.

A bridge was built connecting Churalmalai and Mundakai. After the construction of the bridge was completed, the rescue operation was speeded up. Others who are stuck are being brought out through a specially constructed bridge by the army.
