Thiruvananthapuram: Adivasi brides and grooms from inside and outside Kerala visited Padmanabhan’s Thirunada before their wedding. 216 young women belonging to the tribal community got married on the soil of Padmanabhan. Lady Gauri Lakshmi Bhai also came to welcome and bless them.
Dhanalakshmi Bank Trust and Pooranamikav Temple jointly organized such a community wedding. At the time of their engagement, the authorities made such a facility on the basis that none of them knew that they had ever met Padmanabhan, and all the facilities were provided to the bridegrooms to meet Padmanabhan before the wedding
