In the actress assault case, the High Court has dismissed actor Dileep’s plea seeking a CBI investigation. Dileep had filed the petition in the High Court four years ago, and it was this petition that was dismissed today.
The High Court’s decision was based on the assessment that the trial is in its final stage. Dileep is the 8th accused in the case. The prime accused, Pulsar Suni, was recently released on bail after serving seven years in jail.
