Aleena’s parents have come forward with serious allegations against the corporate school management following her tragic death due to distress over unpaid salary in Kattippara, Kozhikode. Aleena’s father, Benny, stated that even after his daughter’s death, no representatives from the management had reached out to the family. He also pointed out that Aleen was denied a permanent appointment due to the management’s failure to take the necessary steps.
Despite working for six years, Aleena was not paid even a single rupee as salary, Benny alleged. He clarified that blaming the government for this situation is unfair, as the government can provide permanent appointments only if the management takes proper action. He demanded justice for his daughter.
Meanwhile, the Catholic Teachers’ Guild, a teachers’ organization, stated that Aleen Benny was a victim of the negligence and mismanagement of the education department. In a statement, the organization described her as a martyr for teachers who struggle without job recognition and salary benefits.
