Arjun rescue mission; Boom length crane was brought in for the search

A boom-length crane was brought in to search for Arjun, who went missing in a landslide in Shirur. This machine can search up to 60 feet deep. The vehicle was brought to the spot accompanied by a police vehicle. MLA Satish Krishna Sale said that if necessary, one more machine will be sent for the search.

The machine that was supposed to arrive in the morning was delayed due to a vehicle breakdown. Today’s search by land and naval forces will focus on the area where sonar signaled the presence of metal parts. It is 40 meters away from the river bank. The army believes it could be a lorry or parts of a large tower that had fallen over. The signal was received in the same area during the Army’s radar inspection.

Meanwhile, Satish Krishna SAIL MLA stated that the information released regarding the GPS location of Arjun’s lorry, which went missing in a landslide in Shirur, Karnataka, is wrong. The MLA responded that the GPS of the lorry was last received at 8.40 am when the accident occurred. The MLA stated that the engine of the lorry was switched on for the last time at 3.47 am on the 16th when the accident occurred.
