Bengaluru: As the search for Arjun, who went missing in Karnataka’s Shirur landslide, is in progress, crucial information is out. An inspection of the bottom of the shed confirmed that a truck was parked. The information is that this is Arjun’s truck. The authorities are trying to bring it to the shore.
Karnataka Revenue Minister Krishna Baira Gowda has also informed through X that a truck has been located in the water. Karwar MLA had earlier informed that positive indications were received in the search. Uttara Kannada Collector, a team comprising of SP and Army and Navy personnel are at the spot. The search is being conducted by the Army and Navy along the banks of the river. The rescue operation is progressing with the help of boom earthmoving machine. A piece of rope similar to that used to tie timber to a lorry was found earlier in the search.
