Ayurveda doctor bitten by snake on train

It is suspected that the passenger was bitten by a snake during the train journey. A female doctor is suspected to have been bitten by a snake. Gayatri (25), a native of Pookotupadam, Nilambur, a doctor at Shornur Vishnu Ayurveda Hospital, was bitten. The incident took place before the train from Nilambur to Shornur reached Vallapuzha at 7 am on Tuesday morning.

The doctor, who were admitted to a private hospital in Perinthalmanna, could not confirm that they had been bitten by a snake. Passengers reported seeing a snake in the berth of the train. The RRT team is standing ready at Perinthalmanna station to catch the snake.
